- 1 stick oleo
- 4 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca or cornstarch
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 crust for top
Directions

1Melt oleo in baking dish.

2Add rhubarb, sugar, tapioca or cornstarch, crushed pineapple and strawberry jello dissolved in hot water.

3Pour over dish and lace crust on top.

4Bake at about 400° until crust is brown.
