- 4 cups fresh rhubarb, diced or 600 g frozen rhubarb, thawed
- 1 cup sugar (read description)
Directions

1In a casserole, blend rhubarb and sugar.

2Bring to a boil, at medium heat, stirring frequently and let simmer 10 minutes.

3Remove from the heat and let cool down.

4Cover and refrigerate until completely cold.
