  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Blanch rhubarb in hot water; drain and put in unbaked crust. Add beaten eggs to sugar and flour.

    Pour over rhubarb.

    Bake at 350°.
