- 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Press half of crumbs in a greased 9-inch baking pan.

2Add 4 cups diced rhubarb.

3Combine second mixture and cook until thick and clear.

4Pour over rhubarb.

5Top with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
