- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon until crumbly.

3Press half of the mixture into a 9-inch baking pan.

4Cover the crumb mixture with the diced rhubarb.

5Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla and cook until thick and clear.

6Pour this sauce over the rhubarb.

7Top with remaining crumb mixture and bake in moderate oven for 1 hour. Enjoy!
