- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 5 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine 1/4 cup flour and granulated sugar; mix with rhubarb.

3Put into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine oats, 1 1/2 cups flour and brown sugar.

4Cut in butter. Crumble over top of rhubarb.

5Bake 45 minutes.

6Serve warm or cool with whipped cream.
