  • 3 c. rhubarb, diced or chopped
  • 5 Tbsp. water
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 2 eggs

    plus 5 tablespoons water; pour over rhubarb and stir.

    Put in pie shell.

    Dot with butter or margarine and sprinkle with cinnamon.
