- 1 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 c. rhubarb
Directions

1Cook until clear and thick, sugar, tapioca, water and vanilla. Blend together flour, brown sugar, oatmeal, butter or margarine, cinnamon and rhubarb.

2Press half of crumb mixture firmly into a greased 9-inch square pan; distribute 4 cups of rhubarb evenly over that, then pour thickened syrup over rhubarb.

3Top with remaining crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
