- 4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) box strawberry jello
- white or yellow cake mix
- 1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Spread rhubarb in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan; sprinkle with the sugar.

2Then sprinkle with the dry strawberry jello.

3Sprinkle with the cake mix.

4Melt margarine and pour over top.

5Pour 1 cup of water over top and be sure the cake mix is all covered, but do not stir.

6Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
