- 4 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1 jar (2.25 Oz. Jar) Dried Beef (Chipped Beef), Drained
- 2 blocks (8 Oz. Block) Cream Cheese, Softened
Directions

1Chop green onions and dried beef very finely.

2(I use an electric mini food chopper.

3I cheat.)

4Add beef/onion conglomeration to softened cream cheese in a large bowl.

5Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.

6Shape mixture into a ball-like form.

7Wrap in Saran wrap, wax paper, or foil.

8Set inside a bowl and refrigerate for 2 days.

9(Gotta give all of the flavors a chance to soak into the cream cheese, so to speak.)

10After 2 days of letting the cheese ball bask in all its glory in your refrigerator, unwrap this yummy concoction, re-shape, and serve with crackers of your choice.
