Ingredients

  • 5 c. rhubarb, cut up in small pieces
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 3 oz. pkg. strawberry jello

Directions

    Combine rhubarb and sugar, let stand overnight.

    The next day: Boil rhubarb and sugar mixture 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add jello, stir until dissolved. Put into jars and refrigerate. Can be frozen.
