Rhubarb Jam

  • 5 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 3 c. sugar

Directions

    Place in pan and cook on low heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.

    When it bubbles, cook at least 15 minutes.

    Remove from stove.

    Add 1 small package strawberry jello.

    Stir until dissolved.

    Cool; put in jars.

    Refrigerate or freeze.

    Makes 2 (12 ounce) jars or 1 (18 ounce) jar.
