- 5 c. chopped rhubarb
- 3 c. sugar

1Place in pan and cook on low heat, stirring until sugar has dissolved.

2When it bubbles, cook at least 15 minutes.

3Remove from stove.

4Add 1 small package strawberry jello.

5Stir until dissolved.

6Cool; put in jars.

7Refrigerate or freeze.

8Makes 2 (12 ounce) jars or 1 (18 ounce) jar.
