- 5 c. rhubarb
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 pkg. strawberry jello (3 oz. size)
Directions

1Combine rhubarb and sugar.

2Cook over medium heat.

3Bring to boil; stir occasionally.

4When it's at a full boil, add jello and stir.

5Boil 15 minutes.

6Put in sterile jars; seal.

7Store in refrigerator.
