  • 4 c. cut rhubarb
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (small) strawberry jello
  • drop of red food coloring

Directions

    Start out on low heat about 3 minutes, then up on high.

    Boil together five minutes the rhubarb and sugar, while hot stir in the jello and add drop of food coloring.

    Keep in refrigerator.
