Rhubarb Jam

  • 5 c. Rhubarb, cut up
  • 5 c. Sugar
  • 2 small pkg. Strawberry jello
  • 1 x 20 oz. can Crushed pineapple, undrained

Directions

    Mix the rhubarb, sugar and pineapple together well. Boil for 20 minutes over a medium high heat. Stir in jello powder. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
