  • 5 c. rhubarb, diced
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry jello

Directions

    Mix sugar, rhubarb and pineapple; cook for 20 minutes.

    Remove from heat and stir in jello.

    Pour in jars and cover with Parowax.
