  • 4 c. chopped rhubarb
  • 5 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello

Directions

    Mix and boil rhubarb, sugar, water and pineapple for 20 minutes, then add jello and mix until jello is dissolved.

    Pour into small containers and freeze.
