- 1 (7 oz.) can water-packed tuna
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. minced green onions
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. plain yogurt
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Drain tuna and flake until very fine.

2Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.

3Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Spread 1 teaspoonful on small crackers, Melba toast or small rounds of toasted white bread.

5If desired, garnish each with small piece of lemon or sprig of parsley.

6Makes 1 cup, about 16 calories per tablespoon.
