- 2 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 5 Tbsp. cream
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 baked pie shell
- water
Directions

1Put rhubarb in pan.

2Cover with water and cook 5 minutes. Drain.

3Mix egg yolks, sugar, flour, cream and butter well.

4Add rhubarb and cook until thick.

5Pour into pie shell.

6Top with meringue and brown.
