Rhubarb Pie

  • 2 c. cut fine rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 rounded Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. cream

Directions

    Mix together and put in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour. Cover with beaten egg whites and sprinkle with grated orange rind (if desired).

    Put back in oven until meringue is brown.
