- 3 c. rhubarb, cut fine
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Drain rhubarb after you barely heat it.

2Add butter.

3Stir sugar, flour and eggs together.

4Pour over rhubarb that you have placed in an uncooked crust.

5Bake slow.

6Don't forget to sprinkle some flour on crust before you put rhubarb in the crust.

7Bake at 350°.
