  • 4 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 rounded Tbsp. dry Tang

    Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry and pour filling in.

    Cover with lattice top.

    Bake at 425° for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and bake until done, 35 minutes or a little longer.
