  • 1 c. diced rhubarb
  • 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake 15 minutes at 425°.

    Reduce heat to 350° and bake 25 to 30 minutes.
