- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 c. chopped rhubarb
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 3 c. mini marshmallow
- 1 c. Cool Whip
Directions

1Cook 1/4 cup sugar, 4 cups rhubarb and 1/4 cup water until tender.

2Add 2 packages strawberry Jell-O; mix well.

3Add 3 cups marshmallows.

4When very cool, fold in 1 cup Cool Whip.

5Pour in baked pie shell.

6Chill.
