  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 c. rhubarb

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour together well. Add egg. Cut rhubarb in 1-inch pieces and add to mixture. Pour in pie crust with lattice top. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes. Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking 25 minutes longer.
