  • 2 c. cut rhubarb
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 well beaten egg

Directions

    Mix together and let stand while you make a double crust. Before putting on top crust, cover filling with miniature marshmallows.

    Bake at 375° for 15 minutes, then at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
