  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 c. cut-up rhubarb

Directions

    Beat egg yolks with fork.

    Add sugar, flour, milk, butter and cream.

    Pour over unbaked rhubarb in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes, then at 300° until brown and done.
