- 3 c. thinly sliced rhubarb
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 heaping Tbsp. butter
Directions

1In a bowl put thinly sliced rhubarb.

2Cover with cold water for 1 minute.

3Drain.

4In another bowl, mix flour, egg yolks, sugar and butter.

5Beat well.

6Add rhubarb and put in 1 unbaked pie shell.

7Bake until done.

8Then cover with meringue.

9Return to oven and bake until brown.

10Bake pie 30 minutes at 350°.
