  • 3 egg yolks (use whites for meringue)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put sliced rhubarb in a deep dish pie crust.

    Mix rest of ingredients.

    Pour over rhubarb.

    Cook until set at 350°.

    Cover with beaten egg whites.
