- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, separated
- 8 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. rhubarb, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Directions

1Mix milk, sugar, egg yolks and vanilla.

2Mix in bread cubes. Beat egg whites; fold into mixture.

3Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

4Bake at 350° for about 50 minutes.
