Rhubarb Raspberry Crunch

- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 3/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 c. rhubarb, chopped
- 2 c. frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix until crumbly flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon.

2Press 1/2 mixture into a greased 9-inch pan to form crust.

3Cover crust with rhubarb and raspberries.

4Then combine sugar and cornstarch, water and vanilla and cook until thicken and clear.

5Pour sauce over fruit and top with remaining crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

7Great with whipped cream or ice cream.
