- 5 c. rhubarb, cut up
- 2 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. raspberry Jell-O (small)
Directions

1Put sugar on rhubarb and let stand overnight in refrigerator. In the morning, cook until done.

2Remove from stove and stir in Jell-O.

3Put in hot jars and seal.

4Makes 2 (18 ounce) jars. Refrigerate.
