  • 2 c. rhubarb
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange (or any flavor you like) Jell-O or D-Zerta
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 can (small) crushed pineapple (in its own natural unsweetened juice)

Directions

    Cook rhubarb without water.

    When cooked, add Jell-O, sugar and pineapple.

    Mix well in bowl.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours or until jello consistency.
