Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 c. Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 3 jars gravy (1 brown, 2 pork)
  • 1 bag frozen peas

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix all ingredients, except peas and gravy, and shape into 2 loaves.

    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Place loaves in dish, lightly spray top with Pam to help brown nicely and bake at 400° for 1/2 hour.

    Add gravy and bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.

    Then add peas to gravy and steak.

    Bake for 15 minutes.
