Ribble Soup

Ingredients
- 2 qt. beef stock from beef roast or stew beef
- 2 cans corn
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. flour
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook beef well done.

2Remove from broth.

3Add corn, salt and pepper to boiling broth and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

4Make ribble by using 2 eggs slightly stirred to which you add flour so that when rubbed between the palms of your hand you have small crumbly ribble.

5Add ribble to the boiling broth and corn, stirring as you add.

6Cook a few minutes.

7The ribble will look like big grains of rice when done.

8Take care not to let boil over.
