  • 2 kg back ribs
  • 1.5 bottles Diana's Chicken and Rib sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Plus
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 2 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Directions

    Cut ribs into portions that contain 2 bones. Put the ribs in a large dish or oven roasting pan. Add enough water to just cover the ribs. Add all the Diana's sauce onto the ribs. Add all of the seasonings.

    Cover with lid or foil, and bake at 350 degrees for 2.5 hours.

    If the recipe is doubled, add a second layer of ribs, and then water, Diana's sauce, and all seasonings. Also increase the baking time by 1 hour.
