  • 1/4 cup Manischewitz concord grape wine
  • 2 tsp salt

    on the rib remove silver skin put in a bag with marinade and marinate over night in the refrigerator

    take out of bag rub with the rub get the coals hot put on grill 5 minutes per side I used Kingsford charcoal I used cherry wood chips soaked in water

    finished in an oven at 350F Fahrenheit for about 30-40 minutes
