- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 stick pepperoni, cut up
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can black-eyed peas
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 lb. ham, cut up
Directions

1Cook rice.

2Set aside.

3Saute onions and garlic powder in olive oil.

4Fry ham and pepperoni with sauteed onions.

5Add black-eyed peas.

6Saute.

7Add cooked rice.

8Add parsley and pepper.

9Mix it up and cook 5 minutes more.
