- 1 whole chicken or 6 breasts and 6 thighs
- 1 c. chicken stock or bouillon
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
Directions

1Mix broth, soup and flavorings together.

2Sprinkle 3/4 cup rice in large buttered casserole dish.

3Pour soup mix over rice.

4Dip chicken pieces in melted oleo.

5Salt and pepper each piece.

6Place in casserole.

7Liquid should cover chicken.

8If not, add a small amount of water.

9Cook slowly (covered for a while) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 300°.
