  • 2 c. cooked squash, drained
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. chopped, seasoned croutons or cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 small can evaporated milk

Directions

    Cook squash; drain.

    Mix all other ingredients together. Spoon into lightly greased casserole.

    Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
