Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork
- 4 pieces potatoes, cut into quarters
- 1 big onion
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 pieces red pepper
- 3 pieces tomatoes
- 1/2 c. tomato sauce
- 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic (7 to 10 cloves)
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Slice pork into individual pieces.

2Saute in garlic, onions and tomatoes.

3Season with salt.

4Add vinegar and let boil for 5 minutes, then add enough water or stock to make meat tender and make up for sauce.

5When almost done, add sliced pepper and thicken with bread crumbs.

6Cook for 5 minutes thereafter.

7Remove from fire and garnish with fried potatoes.
