- 1 c. converted rice
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. fresh or frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine rice and chicken broth in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.

2Lower heat, cover and cook 20 minutes. Add peas (defrost, if frozen) and cook until peas are tender, about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese.
