  • 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 14 cup peas
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup breadcrumbs
  • 14 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 14 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

    cook the rice.

    mix it with 1 egg, all of the cheese, and peas.

    refrigerate for an hour so they get firm.

    preheat oven to 350.

    take out the balls and roll them around in bread crumbs.

    put them on a sprayed cookie sheet and put them in the oven until they have browned on the outside.
