- 2 c. cooked Riceland extra long grain rice
- 1 lb. bulk sausage, browned and drained
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Combine rice, sausage and onion.

2Spoon rice mixture into greased shallow baking dish.

3Combine eggs, milk and salt.

4Pour over rice mixture.

5Top with cheese and bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Serves 6 to 8.
