- 3/4 c. chopped celery
- 3/4 c. chopped onions
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 c. rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. Cheez Whiz
- 1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
- 1 can water chestnuts or slivered almonds
Directions

1Saute celery and onions with butter.

2Cook rice (do not use Minute rice) and drain.

3Add soup, Cheez Whiz, broccoli (thawed and uncooked) and water chestnuts.

4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot completely through.
