- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice (unsweetened concentrate)
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
- top and bottom pie pastry
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Combine cornstarch and cinnamon in small pan.

3Stir in apple juice.

4Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

5Add to sliced apples.

6Turn into pastry lined pan; dot with margarine.

7Top with pastry.

8Bake for 10 minutes at 425°, then for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.
