  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice (unsweetened concentrate)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 6 c. apples, peeled and sliced
  • top and bottom pie pastry

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°.

    Combine cornstarch and cinnamon in small pan.

    Stir in apple juice.

    Heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

    Add to sliced apples.

    Turn into pastry lined pan; dot with margarine.

    Top with pastry.

    Bake for 10 minutes at 425°, then for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.
