- 4 cup rice flour
- 2 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 dash sugar crystals
Directions

1Sift rice flour.

2Add baking powder.

3Mix well and set aside.

4Cream butter and sugar.

5Add egg.

6Add flour mixture slowly, while mixing carefully.

7Add evap milk, followed by water.

8Mix well.

9Pour into moulds and steam for about 30 minutes or bake at 300* for 55 mins to an hour, or when inserted toothpick comes out clean.

10Sprinkle with sugar crystals, or sprinkles of uour choice.

11Serve cool.
