- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cook rice in boiling water until tender; drain and add beaten eggs, flour and salt.

3Spoon into skillet of hot cooking oil.

4Let brown on each side by turning.

5Put on paper towels; let drain, then serve.
