- 1 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimentos
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- sliced almonds (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Mix ingredients together in a 9 x 12-inch greased baking dish.
