Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 3/4 to 1 c. onions, chopped
  • 3/4 to 1 c. mushrooms, sliced
  • 5 to 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • garlic, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Saute onions and mushrooms in bacon drippings in a nonstick pan.

    Add rice and mix with onions and mushrooms and stir well. Add soy sauce, bacon and seasonings.

    Stir well until fully mixed and hot.
